Work Package 1

The WP1 is dedicated to the management and coordination of the project implementation aiming to: Ensure the excellent project execution, achieving all objectives, timely implementation of tasks and their quality delivery; Ensure coherent and effective implementation of the project through a smooth and functional internal communication; Ensure the proper monitoring, risk mitigation and reporting activities to implement the project according to the project timetable and required quality.
